Ordering a custom surfboard is a very personal and hands on process. We suggest emailing us and starting a conversation about what you want in a board. Once we dial in the size and shape then we work on color and glassing. Once everyone is happy we take a 50% deposit and start shaping your custom board. Customs usually take 6-8 weeks to complete.
Since surfboard shipping rates are so difficult to forecast, a Russell employee will contact you following your purchase to quote your shipping cost.
